The results of the validation of identification nanoparticle colloidal silver and gold on the polyester fibers on the background component of the Raman spectra in the control based on the polarization characteristics. The accuracy of identification of nanoparticles was evaluated by the joint probability of crossing normal scatter intensity distributions Raman spectrograms as silver nanoparticles and gold nanoparticles on polyester fibers, depending on the longitudinal and transverse polarization of the laser radiation on the entire range of wave numbers. Defined generalized parameter values common to distributions over the entire range for each wave numbers with the polarization of the laser and across the grain, and generalized reliability of the control and identification of nanoparticles of silver, gold for assessing the likelihood of the complete group of events. Set the sensitivity of detection reliability.

Results of modeling of the Raman spectrograms of polyester fibers are presented when drawing nanoparticles of gold on them. As a result of the carried-out modeling were allocated: initial ranges, background components and the Raman ranges without background components. For simplification of procedures of mathematical modeling it was chosen 7 informative resonant peaks of the received spectrograms. Further processing was carried out only on coordinates of resonant peaks. For detection of reliability of control of nanoparticles of gold on making components of the Raman ranges when using conditions of information uncertainty in work the method of an assessment of multidimensional reliability on joint probability of crossing of dispersions of normal distributions of intensivnost of the Raman spectrograms without nanoparticles and with nanoparticles on fibers depending on wave numbers on all range of their changes is offered. Values of reliability of control on making components of the Raman spectrograms were as a result received and the most exact method for monitoring procedure of nanoparticles of gold on a surface of fibers is revealed.

Parameters of two-dimensional analytical model of an assessment of crossing of ellipses of distribution at recognition of nanoparticles of colloidal silver are given in polyair fibers on multidimensional correlation components of the Raman ranges with control according to polarizing characteristics. Reliability of recognition of nanoparticles increased more than by 1000 times and was estimated on joint probability of normal distributions of intensivnost of the Raman spectrograms of nanoparticles of silver on polyair fibers depending on longitudinal and cross polarization of laser radiation on all range of a range with the analysis of 9 main peaks.

Results of comparison of parameters of crossing of distribution of multidimensional correlation components of polarizing Raman ranges with control on polarizing characteristics at recognition of nanoparticles of silver are given in polyair fibers on vector-matrix modeling and generation of multidimensional correlation data. The assessment of reliability of recognition of nanoparticles was carried out on joint probability of normal distributions of intensivnost of the Raman spectrograms of fibers of polyair.
